The parking space is available only for light vehicles. It is necessary to check availability before making a reservation; confirmation will be provided in advance. Please note that checking availability is mandatory before booking. The gate remote control will be handed over to the guest together with the keys. The property provides a set of bed linen and pillows according to the number of beds and guests, blankets for everyone, microwave, two fans, plates, glasses and cutlery for up to four people, a hairdryer, and an iron. Guests may leave their luggage in the garage next to the apartment before check-in (after 3 PM) or after checkout (until 11 AM), provided there is a prior agreement between the parties at least one day in advance. If towels or bed linen are stained by makeup or for other reasons, the cost of the damaged item will be charged. At check-in, a mini soap and toilet paper will be provided, with no replacement. Internet access details are available on the welcome card displayed in the house. Check-in time: from 3 PM. Checkout time: until 11 AM. All power outlets are 220v. If checkout time is exceeded by more than one hour without prior approval through the app, an additional daily fee of R$ 250.00 will be charged. The washing machine is available on the ground floor, as per the rules displayed in the apartments. Each stay includes one washing session; for more than two, please consult for additional costs. Guests can store their luggage in the host’s garage before check-in or after checkout, provided that pickup is on the same day and there is a prior agreement. The house is located in downtown Florianopolis, on a 100-meter street that is a bit steep, with an excellent location close to Beiramar Shopping, Avenida Beira-mar, and Patio Milano (gastronomic area). The air conditioner in the bedroom (cool mode) is available for an additional fee of R$ 90.00 per day. We accept one small pet per stay. There is no additional charge, but we kindly ask that the following rules are followed to ensure everyone's comfort and the preservation of the property: The pet must remain inside the property; only small pets are accepted; pets are not allowed to make a mess or damage furniture or objects in the property; excessive noise is not permitted; the pet cannot be left alone in the property; pet hygiene, care, and feeding are the guest’s responsibility; the pet must not stay in the property’s yard or relieve itself outside the area chosen by the guest; it is mandatory to clean up after your pet. Centrally located, about 600 meters from Beiramar Shopping, on an elevated street behind Pátio Milano (Avenida Mauro Ramos), at the beginning of the street where Clínica Dr. Fly is located, in a quiet residential area. Only guests registered in the reservation are allowed to stay at the property. The space is exclusively for families. There is one uncovered parking spot available, suitable for a small vehicle.
