Comfortable, practical and safe environment. Includes one double bed, one single mattress and one sofa bed.
The parking space is subject to availability and use is only allowed for small vehicles. Availability must be checked before booking. The remote control will be delivered together with the keys. The property provides: 1 set of bed linens and pillows according to the number of beds and guests, an adequate number of blankets, clothing rack, microwave, two fans, plates, glasses, and cutlery for up to 4 people, hair dryer, and iron. If makeup stains or other damage occur on towels or bedding, the cost of the damaged item will be charged. At check-in, a mini soap and toilet paper are provided as an initial courtesy, with no replacements during the stay. The internet password is available on the welcome card posted in the house. Check-in is from 3 pm. Check-out is by 11 am. Outlets are 220v. If the guest exceeds the check-out time by up to 1 hour without prior authorization, an additional daily fee of R$ 250.00 will be charged. The washing machine is available on the same floor, following rules provided in the apartments. The guest may leave luggage in the host's garage before check-in or after check-out, provided they are picked up on the same day and arranged in advance. Decorative items and tableware shown in the photos are illustrative. From the balcony or the parking area, you can enjoy the sunset and views of Baía Norte and Beiramar Shopping. We accept 1 small pet per reservation at no extra charge. It is important to follow these rules for everyone's comfort and property conservation: Pets must remain inside the property. Only small animals are accepted. No mess or damage to furniture and other items is permitted. Avoid excessive noise. Pets cannot be left alone in the property. Hygiene, food, and care are the guest’s responsibility. Pets must not stay in the property's yard or relieve themselves outside the designated area, and waste must be collected. By following these guidelines, your pet will be very welcome.

Cleaning is the responsibility of the guest. The pet must remain only inside the accommodation, without access to common areas, and noise should be kept to a minimum, especially at night. Additional information: The street is paved, about 100 meters long, with a slight slope, typical of the local terrain. Access to the apartment requires going up a flight of stairs through the property patio. We have a security camera system throughout the area.
